  • Move directional and informational signs closer to decision points (entrances, intersections, and vendor clusters).

  • Shorten aisle widths modestly where safety and accessibility are maintained to bring booths nearer.

  • Position handwashing stations and trash/recycling bins centrally within clusters for easier access.

  • Consolidate power and water hookups into shared hubs to reduce cord/piping sprawl.

  • Use consistent, compact display standards (table depth, canopy size) so neighboring booths fit tightly without gaps.

  • Stagger start times slightly for peak vendors to smooth arrivals while keeping peak-hour clusters intact.
